Delivery Policy
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00. Orders placed outside of these hours, over weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been confirmed and payment received, it will be prepared for dispatch.
Delivery
We offer delivery across KwaZulu-Natal.
Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within 2–5 working days, depending on your location. While we aim to meet these timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete, and that someone is available to receive the order during business hours. We are unable to leave deliveries unattended.
Delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
